Antibodies

Having recovered from covid-19, I now have the antibodies needed to fight the virus. Even more powerful is the fact that studies are beginning to show that covid-19 antibodies can be found in the breast-milk of mothers who recovered from the virus. My momentary affliction is working for a greater good. I am reminded that all things work together for good to them that love God (Romans 8:28).

Are you going through a difficult time? You can rest in God’s love. He makes all things work together for the good of those who love Him. 

Do you love God? Are you walking in love? Do you desire God’s best? Please take a moment, to reflect on those questions and the following scriptures:

1 John 5:3 (NLT) says, “Loving God means keeping his commandments, and his commandments are not burdensome.” 

1 John 3:23 (NLT) says, “And this is his commandment: We must believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as he commanded us.”

1 Corinthians 13:4-5 (NIV) says, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.”

 

The good news is that God inputs His love in our hearts (Romans 5:5), and He empowers us to keep His commandments. God has not set us up for failure.

Trust the process. Trials equip us for a greater purpose. 

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your love in my heart. I ask for the grace to see the good in every situation and trust You more than ever before. In Jesus‘ name.
