God Talks To You And Your Children TooSample

See, children are a gift from The Lord. The children born to us are our special reward. (Psalm 127:3 NLV)

The Bible says our children are a gift and a real blessing to us from the Lord. I believe that to be true with my whole heart.

There are Scriptures where Jesus praises the Father for revealing the hidden things to little children.

And Jesus prayed this prayer: “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank You for hiding the truth from those who think themselves so wise, and for revealing it to little children."(Matthew 11:25 TLB)

Just as we teach our children, we must also remain teachable.

Our children are divine vessels of the Lord. They're creative, powerful, and sensitive to the Spirit and voice of God. That's why it's so important we begin to talk to them about God while they're little. We must train them up in the Lord. I would encourage you to start even while they're still babies. As they grow, don't be afraid to ask them what they feel God is speaking or showing to them. Sometimes, what we may think is just the magnificence of their imagination could be God.

Jesus had to correct the religious people questioning Him about how the children were praising Him.

“Do you hear what these children are saying?” Jesus said, “Yes, I hear them. And haven’t you read in God’s Word, ‘From the mouths of children and babies I’ll furnish a place of praise?” (Matthew 21:16 MSG)

Over and over again, we see Jesus telling someone how wonderful, valuable, and dynamic children are in the kingdom of God.
