Day 3: Judgment for the Wicked

For the non-believers, this is where the clock stops.

Time is up, and they now have to give an answer for every wicked thought, every selfish action, and every evil outcome they participated in.

Having rejected the selfless sacrifice that would have saved them, they will then face the full-unmitigated wrath of almighty God.

There will be nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, and no one to rescue. They will be eternally separated from God, and the judgment will be final. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

They will receive the same punishment the devil and his demons receive. They will be cast into the lake of fire to be tormented day and night forever and ever.

It is such a scary thought, and it very well SHOULD BE. This is as bad as it possibly gets. It should light a fire under us believers to try to help as many people as we can get to know God to avoid suffering on that day and forevermore.

This day means fairness for the oppressed. It means justice for all the martyrs who were slain over the years. It means vengeance for all the innocent people who have been raped, mutilated, and killed. It means correction for all of the corrupt decisions that have been made in courts ruining lives in the process.

It means God’s people can live in peace as He puts an end to sin once and for all.
