Prayer 5: Lord, Please Supply My Needs Richly!

In today's key Bible passage, God doesn't promise to give us scant provision. He is a generous Father; He is not a miser! Therefore, He promises to provide all our needs RICHLY, according to His RICHES in glory in Christ Jesus.

Take a moment to think about the RICHES in glory in Christ Jesus.

How would you measure the glory of Christ? You cannot! His glory is unmeasurable and unsearchable! He is King of kings and Lord of lords!

Therefore, if the Lord promises us that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ, we can only say that is a LOT of provision!

Abundant, plentiful, and glorious supply is God's standard for His provision in our lives. Anything less is inferior to what He actually promised.

Claim this simple truth for yourself by praying this today:

"Father God, in Jesus' name, I thank You for Your great and precious promises. I praise You for Your generosity toward me.

Abba Father, according to Your Word, I ask that You would provide for all my needs RICHLY today. Overwhelm me with Your extravagant provision. Give me the best of everything, as Your Word promises, in accordance with the huge amount of riches in glory that Jesus has.

Lord, I know that no material provision can ever compare to Jesus' glory. However, I believe You're promising me here that Your provision in my life will be so rich that it will be a worthy tribute and reflection of Christ's immeasurable glory.

So, that's what I'm asking You to do today. Flood me with Your glorious provision today, Lord, and I thank You in advance for doing so. I give You all the praise. Thank You for providing all my needs. In Jesus' name I pray, amen."

Friend, God is a generous Father who will keep His promises to provide for you financially.

In order to be blessed, you do have to obey Him and keep His commandments. But, you can do that! Simply focus on Jesus and on His love today. As you set your mind on Him, He will draw you to Himself and help you walk humbly in all His ways—which are the ways of blessing.
