Manifesting the Word of God

DAY 9 OF 31

LOOKING AT THE RIGHT THINGS

Sometimes, what God arranges to come into your life to produce a tangible result might bring shame because you were looking at the situation and not at what God was bringing. If Joseph looked at the envy of his brothers, he would never become a prime minister. However, there was a vision inside his heart while they were hating him; he had seen a vision of being a leader and the brothers bowing to him. That vision was in the invisible world.

Everything good, desirable, and glorious that you want to make out of your life already exists in the invisible world but will never show up in this visible world if you look at the wrong things. For instance, if you are sick, what you desire is to be healed and not to die. The healing that you desire is existing in the invisible world but will not manifest unless and until you understand what to do to make that happen.

When Joseph was going towards the palace, there was something that only he could see. Joseph was seeing a vision inside when Potiphar’s wife came to tempt him with fornication, and this made him reject her offer. That vision Joseph saw was in the invisible world. That woman didn’t see it, but Joseph was carrying a vision of something that he alone could see. Joseph would have missed what God showed him if he had looked at something else.

PRAYER: Lord, help me to always focus my gaze on the right things and not be distracted by the wrong things happening around me, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
