Nothing Is Hard for You, Lord

Father, You invite me to trust You—and You tell me it helps me to hold your hand. Help me follow You, knowing that You go first and are always ahead of me. Thank You that you read the map of my life and clear the path ahead of me. Be the One who carries my burdens. With You, I have nothing to carry. Thank You that I am your child.

We walk together, the two of us. We traverse formidable mountains. We cross treacherous waters. We solve intimidating problems. Nothing is hard for You, Lord.

With You, I am brave and courageous. I am your child and your love and your friend. You take me from the land that is barren and desperate. You breathe into me new life, with rushing waters and green fields, blooming flowers, and work to do that brings me joy and life.

Help me work with You. Help me walk with You. Help me look to You. Help me breathe You in me. You are goodness. You are safety. You are hope. You are everything I need.
