There are so many ways to treasure Jesus through the sights and sounds of Christmas.

Christmas lights bring a beautiful glow, reminding us to treasure the true Light of the world.

There is also an abundance of beautiful Christmas music. Special Christmas songs share good news about the birth of Jesus. Families can play the guitar or piano, as they gather to sing to our King. Churches offer their most majestic music to celebrate Christ's birthday. Music is an incredible gift!

Music is very important to God. Did you know God shares in His Word that He lovingly rejoices and sings over us (Zephaniah 3:17)? Scripture also shares God establishes His strength and silences the enemy through children and infants' singing (Psalm 8:2). How incredible is that? Music and singing are powerful treasures, indeed.

The Bible instructs us to sing and make melody in our heart to the Lord, as we thank Him. What better time than Christmas to treasure Jesus through hymns, carols, and songs?

It’s the best time of year to hear, see, and experience so many wonderful sights, sounds, and special moments. These powerful, precious moments bring us closer to God's heart.

What are your favorite sights and sounds of Christmas? All sights and sounds are evidences of our Savior's love. Whether it's Christmas music, seeing the joy of the season in a loved one's smile, hearing a child's laughter and singing, or enjoying the glorious music at church, I hope you enjoy and savor every moment and evidence of the true Treasure of Christmas.
