How to Wake Up Happier Every Day

DAY 6 OF 6

Yesterday we looked at five of the ten forgotten blessings that we need to reflect on daily.  Here are the remaining five:

Forgotten Blessing #6 – Daily Love

Do you thank God that He never stops loving you and cares for you each day?

Forgotten Blessing #7 – Daily Joy

Are you thankful for the joy of your salvation and the happiness you have in life?

Forgotten Blessing #8 – Daily Breath

Your life is a gift from God. Have you thanked Him for it?

Forgotten Blessing #9 – Daily Provision

Would you make it a single day without His provisions? Do you recognize that He meets our needs each and every day as He promised He would?

Forgotten Blessing #10 – Daily Nourishment

Hopefully, you thank God and ask His blessing when you sit down to eat, but have you ever thanked Him for providing the nutrients needed for your body?

This Thanksgiving, be sure you thank God for these blessings! As you partake of roast turkey, sweet potatoes, apple pie, pumpkin pie or whatever else your traditional meal includes, I am sure you will be thanking the Lord for your delicious meal.

But don’t stop with the food! God gives us so much – from love to joy to our very breath – that we could never thank Him enough for His miraculous care. Take some time to thank God for the blessings He has bestowed upon you and your family and ask Him to never let you forget them.
