Use your time, energy, platform, resources and privilege to educate those around you! Educate your family, friends, and coworkers. You have people around you who can benefit from your wisdom. Speak into policies at work. Many companies are changing! 

Studies have been conducted and strategic plans have been formulated. We don’t need any further studies to prove what we already know. Strategic plans are only useful if there are champions. Champion the cause and push for change! Volunteer at local organizations that support social justice. Donate your time and money.
