Word for the DaySample

Be encouraged that today is the perfect environment for an encounter with God.  This statement rings true no matter the circumstance you are facing and despite the challenges in your life. God actually wants to speak to you today. This voice that the Bible talks about is not coming from an ordinary person such as your hairdresser or the stranger shouting at the corner of the road shaking a placard. We are speaking about our God. Therefore there is no need to be suspicious or doubtful because of the authority God carries. 

God wants to speak to you every day. It does not say “IF” you hear from God, the Bible verse reads “When you hear His voice”. 

What does God want to say to you today?

What does God have to say about your circumstance that you are facing?

What does God want to say to encourage you in your troubled situation?

Let us block out the other voices that would seek to focus our attention on the troubles of the world, screaming fear and anxiety into our worlds. Instead, choose to listen to the One that will fill you up with faith, encouraging us to be an overcomer and walk in victory through every circumstance.

PRAYER

Dear Lord, I thank You that You have a word for me today as I spend time with You. As we open up our ears to hear and our eyes to see everything that You want to do in our lives, we pray that our faith will be stirred to believe. Give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation to know You more so that we can walk victorious every day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
