HAND OF GOD
Do you believe in miracles, signs, and wonders? I do!
"And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit." Joel 2:28-29
Some time ago while riding my mountain bike on a quiet country road, I spoke to Jesus, (more like cried out to God), and asked Him to guide and provide for us for the upcoming prayer event in Cape Town (a city at the Southern tip of South Africa). The event was due to start in about a week!
Looking up to the sky I noticed the clouds distinctly taking on the shape of a massive hand. The palm of the hand was orientated northwards, and the fingers stretched out towards the South. It was as if our Heavenly Father was clearly saying to me, "I have got this event in Cape Town covered by my hand".
The peace of God filled my soul instantly, and I rode home rejoicing, knowing that Jesus is in complete control of the situation.
That great Christian writer, C.S. Lewis, said: "Do not attempt to water Christianity down. There must be no pretence that you can have it with the supernatural left out. So far as I can see Christianity is precisely the one religion from which the miraculous cannot be separated".

Do not despair, my dear friend, the Lord is more alive today than he has ever been before, especially in my own life. I have no reason to doubt Him again, and you shouldn’t either because He is the God of the impossible. Luke 1:37 says: “For with God nothing will be impossible.”
Remember that it wasn’t through Jesus’ preaching, but by the constant signs, wonders and miracles that He performed that people recognised Him as the Son of God. One genuine miracle equals a thousand sermons.
May the Lord Jesus Christ continue to bless you, as you follow and believe in a living, miraculous God.
