"The Spirit is God's guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people.” Ephesians 1: 14
In a world where there seems to be no guarantee of anything these days, we are desperately looking for some sort of assurance.
This is the beauty we have in belonging to Jesus. He has promised to never leave us as orphans, but He has sent us a ‘Down Payment’, a guarantee, that He is coming back again very soon, to take us to be with Him in paradise forever.
And that guarantee is His Holy Spirit, who has promised you and I that He will never leave us nor forsake us. Hebrews 13:5
Let us develop that relationship with Him, because He is a friend who sticks closer than any brother. Proverbs 18:24
